Job summary

Menasha Corporation is looking for an Inventory Control Supervisor II to lead the daily activities of our inventory control staff in Memphis, ensuring adequate material and product inventories and evaluating needs to implement efficient stock strategies.

The role involves supervising personnel actions, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving improvements, counts, reports, and supplier collaboration to support on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Implements inventory management strategies to meet objectives (safety, productivity, quality, service, cost).
• Directs staffing, training, and performance management to improve the function.
• Manages and tracks inventories, directing work in process, finished goods, and aging stock.
• Directs daily activities including cycle counts, audits, damaged material, and waste tracking.
• Drives continuous improvements in inventory processes and information flow.
• Prepares and reviews required business reports.
