Menasha Corporation seeks a results-driven Inventory Control Supervisor II to oversee daily inventory activities in a Memphis, TN area facility. You will supervise staff, manage cycle counts, and drive continuous improvement in inventory processes to meet safety, quality, and cost objectives.

The role requires 4+ years in inventory control, a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred), and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in inventory control or operations.
Experience supervising staff and coordinating daily activities.

Responsibilities

Implements inventory management strategies to meet company objectives in safety, productivity, quality, customer service, cost and profitability.
Directs staffing, training, and performance management to improve inventory function.
Manages and tracks product inventories, ensuring financial reconciliation and inventory integrity.
Directs daily activities including cycle counts, audits, damaged material management, and waste tracking.
Drives continuous improvement initiatives for inventory management processes and information flow.
Prepares and reviews required business reports.
