Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead the non-exempt team and ensure accurate inventory records aligned with client SLAs. The role requires coordinating daily activities and driving continuous process improvement across the site.

Responsibilities include monitoring shrink, ensuring proper documentation for auditors, maintaining a safe work environment, and conducting performance reviews.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent 4 years experience, required.
• Some knowledge of inventory control is preferred.
• Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP is required.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coordinate daily activities of the non-exempt Inventory Control Team.
• Monitor and report inventory accuracy and shrink per SLAs.
• Optimize site inventory processes and system use for accuracy and control.
• Provide documentation to customers and auditors for compliance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, fair work environment for associates.
• Conduct associate performance reviews and development plans.
• Ensure policies are communicated and enforced; training provided.
