Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to guide the non-exempt team, ensuring accurate inventory records and adherence to SLAs. The role supports site leadership in identifying and correcting inaccuracies, driving continuous improvements.

The position requires strong knowledge of inventory systems (JDA, Manhattan, WMS, SAP) and a focus on safety, training, and performance development for the team. Onsite work in a fast-paced environment is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent 4 years experience, required
• Some knowledge of inventory control, preferred
• Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP, etc. required

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and coordination of the non-exempt Inventory Control Team daily activities to maintain accurate inventory records relative to the client service level agreement.
• Assist site Inventory Control and Operations Leadership in assessing inventory inaccuracies and recommending corrective action.
• Ensure customer inventory control accuracy and shrink contractual requirements / service level agreements are monitored and reported to site leadership.
• Maximize the performance of the site inventory processes and system to ensure care, custody, and control of customer inventory; accuracy and proper utilization of information technology.
• Provide required documentation to customer, customer’s financial statement auditor or appropriate regulatory auditor in support of compliance requirements.
• Ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for associates.
• Conduct associate performance reviews, individual development plans and succession plans.
• Ensure associates have proper training and access to the necessary tools to perform their assigned
