Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory control, cycle counts, and FIFO rotation in our Downey facility. You will maintain records, analyze shrinkage, and support supply chain optimization.

The role requires a Bachelor's or equivalent experience with 3+ years in inventory or warehouse operations, plus leadership exposure. Competitive benefits and a 1st shift schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of related experience or HS Diploma with 6+ years of related experience and leadership experience.
• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control processes in the warehouse, including counts and logistics to meet stock needs.
• Count and reconcile daily inventory, adjust systems as needed, conduct cycle counts and weekly inventory.
• Ensure FIFO rotation and establish procedures for incoming/outgoing products.
• Maintain records, prepare reports on inventory analysis and shrinkage, assist in optimizing the supply chain.
• Evaluate data on production needs and inventory to ensure adequate stock across cycles.
