Job summary

The role emphasizes analyzing reports, enforcing policies, coordinating with Corporate Office and stores, and leading cycle counts, receiving, storage, and returns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in a distribution/warehouse environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of WMS and basic computer skills (Excel, Windows).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Distribution Center policies and procedures.
• Analyze reports to measure DC effectiveness.
• Coordinate communication with Corporate Office, Stores, and DC Management for timely solutions.
• Periodically audit Receiving, Storage, Forklift, Shipping, Bulk, and Repack processes.
• Instruct up to 10 team members in inventory and system processes.
• Process merchandise returns to vendors and manage credits.
• Lead cycle counts and physical inventories; optimize storage and pick locations.
• Collaborate with Damaged/Returns to ensure timely credits and handling.
