Job summary

Snapon is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead receiving, cycle counts, and inventory integrity in the distribution center. You will drive accuracy through formal processes, variance investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions while partnering with Operations, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.

You will supervise and develop the cycle count team, manage ERP/WMS transactions, and deliver KPI dashboards to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in warehouse, distribution, or inventory control.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience leading cycle count programs and audits.
• ERP/WMS experience (SAP, Oracle, JDE, Manhattan, etc.).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or equivalent.
• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP).
• Lean Manufacturing or Lean Distribution experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead cycle count program and ensure inventory accuracy targets.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, and inventory transactions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.
• Generate inventory KPI reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop Inventory Control staff.
