Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC in Pearsall, TX is seeking an Inventory Control Team Member to support accurate inventory management, cycle counts, and receipt processing. The role is based at our Pearsall location and emphasizes maintaining a well-organized parts room to keep operations efficient.

You will work with a team in a fast-paced environment, operate POS systems, review work orders, and process purchase orders and documentation. Excellent communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with inventory control.
• A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team!
• High School Diploma or GED
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Understand the day-to-day operation of all computer systems in the Shop Profit Center and operate POS systems properly and efficiently.
• Reviews Work Orders from previous shift(s) for accuracy and completeness.
• Process Purchase Orders and Requests for Documentation (DRs), Reconcile invoices for payment, research negative on hand inventory discrepancies, research charge backs and process inventory adjustments.
• Assist in taking inventory, inventory cycle counting, ordering, receiving, marking (PLU Number) and storing merchandise; Process inventory transfers including warranty work.
