Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC in Jackson, MS is seeking an Inventory Control Team Member to assist with inventory management, cycle counts, receipts, and maintaining the parts room at our 970 I-20 W. Frontage Rd location.

The role requires at least 1 year of inventory control experience, a High School Diploma or GED, good verbal and written communication skills, and basic computer skills. Flexible hours may apply; weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management including cycle counts, check in orders, processing inventory receipts and maintaining the parts room
• Review Work Orders from previous shift(s) for accuracy and completeness
• Process Purchase Orders and Requests for Documentation (DRs), Reconcile invoices for payment, research negative on hand inventory discrepancies, research charge backs and process inventory adjustments
• Assist in taking inventory, inventory cycle counting, ordering, receiving, marking (PLU Number) and storing merchandise; Process inventory transfers including warranty work
