Job summary

Saddle Creek Corporation is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to maintain inventory processes and resolve discrepancies daily using order management systems and material-handling equipment.

You will work in a fast-paced warehouse, ensure accurate logs and data, process customer return orders, coordinate inventory projects, and uphold the company's values while supporting customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in a non-temperature controlled warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on inventory-related issues and act as liaison between customer and Saddle Creek.
• Maintain accurate logs and inventory records for customers and Saddle Creek.
• Process customer return orders promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate special inventory projects between customer and Saddle Creek personnel.
• Communicate with customers in a professional and timely manner, in writing or verbally.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
