Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to maintain inventory processes and resolve discrepancies daily. You will use order management systems and material-handling equipment to ensure accuracy and accountability in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining logs, processing returns, coordinating projects, and communicating clearly with teams.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to perform physically exerting tasks in a non-temperature controlled warehouse.
• Computer proficiency is required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on inventory-related issues and communicate between customer and Saddle Creek.
• Keep accurate logs and inventory records.
• Process customer return orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate all special inventory projects between customer and Saddle Creek personnel.
• Communicate professionally with customers in writing and verbally.
• Collaborate with other warehouse associates to complete tasks.
