Monster Energy is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain SAP data, perform daily counts, and manage stock levels. You will drive accuracy in inventory records, support FEFO compliance, and partner with accounting on annual inventory activities.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and process improvements. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in inventory control, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP/EDI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory control.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivots, formulas and conditional formatting.
• Familiarity with SAP and EDI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; control inflow and outflow of inventory.
• Record purchases and reconcile stock with reports.
• Develop inventory process improvements and resolve daily issues.
• Lead annual inventory process with accounting.
• Create and enforce control policies for inventory operations.
• Ensure FEFO for perishable goods is maintained in distribution.
• Analyze inventory stats to identify best/worst selling SKUs.
• Process and document returns per established procedures.
• Track inventory movements and report to management with recommendations.
• Support training and scheduling in the department.
