Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate SAP data, perform daily counts, and manage inventory flow. You will reconcile stock, monitor levels, and contribute to process improvements at the distribution center.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in logistics or similar, 1–3 years in inventory control, and strong Excel/analysis skills. SAP/EDI experience is a plus; the position pays hourly and offers growth in a dynamic brand environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in inventory control.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, formulas and charts.
• Familiar with SAP and EDI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and control inflow/outflow.
• Record purchases, reconcile stock with reports.
• Develop inventory process improvements and resolve issues.
• Lead annual inventory with accounting.
• Train department personnel and monitor quality controls.
• Track FEFO compliance for perishable goods across the DC.
• Analyze stock trends and weeks on hand by SKU.
• Process and document returns per procedures.
• Prepare inventory data and present to management with recommendations.
