Job summary

Samsung Experience Store in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Back of House Specialist to keep the store running smoothly behind the scenes.

You will manage inventory accuracy, support the front-of-house team, perform basic device troubleshooting, and help drive operational KPIs while maintaining a high-energy, professional atmosphere in our 2020 Companies environment. This part-time role includes evenings and weekends, and offers opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of inventory control experience at lead or specialist level.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Stockroom management and safety standards.
• Clear communication with store leadership.
• Adaptable with attention to detail for back-of-house needs.

Responsibilities

• Be the inventory control guru, overseeing back-of-house operations, inventory management, merchandising and floor resets.
• Drive operational KPIs for sales, service and operational excellence.
• Assist with customer issues, provide basic device troubleshooting and service ticket facilitation.
• Enhance customer experience by aiding their store journey.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report variance to leadership.
• Uphold presentation standards with clean audits and visual displays.
• Maintain high-energy, professional attitude and foster team spirit.
• Communicate inventory and operational activities to Retail Operations.
• Stay up-to-date on promotions, trends, and store inventory.
• Assist in training others on Samsung technology and processes.
• Conduct basic device troubleshooting and ensure devices on display are functional.
