Job summary

Talpa Supermercados is seeking an Inventory Administrator in Marietta, GA to manage stock levels and ensure accurate records. The role collaborates with purchasing, warehouse, and sales to prevent discrepancies and optimize inventory systems.

You will conduct audits, manage stock adjustments, and support promotions and seasonal planning, requiring strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and inventory software. Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse administration.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is required.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels to anticipate shortages or overstock situations.
• Process purchase orders, delivery receipts, and stock adjustments in the system.
• Coordinate with suppliers and store departments to ensure timely delivery and restocking.
• Identify and report discrepancies or variances in inventory and suggest corrective actions.
• Generate inventory reports and analyze data for decision-making.
• Ensure storage areas are organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
• Support store management in promotions and seasonal stock management.
• Assist in developing inventory control procedures and tools.
