Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests around inventory related issues.
• Work with operations to resolve client concerns.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies reported by clients or returns.
• Perform physical location checks to reconcile inventory variances.
• Identify root causes of inventory adjustments and help correct them.
• Raise concerns about inventory practices to improve processes.
• Communicate updates to site leadership.
• Run cycle counts and inventory control with SOPs.
• Perform audits or other actions as requested by clients.
