Job summary

Benchmark in Minnesota (Winona) is seeking a motivated material handler to ensure the integrity and timely processing of daily material transactions in the Bonded Stores Room. You will support procurement, supplier quality, program management, material control, receiving inspection, engineering and inventory analysis.

This full-time role emphasizes accurate inventory data, teamwork, and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 0–2+ years of materials experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Strong organization and prioritization abilities.
High attention to detail.
Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to work with diverse groups.
Ability to work overtime when needed.
Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

Interpret and process all job related paperwork and ensure system impact is accurate.
React and comply with directives generated via corrective action software.
Maintain the flow of actions to reconcile and expedite discrepancies.
Sustain thorough communication between functional areas to finalize actions.
May interface with suppliers for inquiries and scrap processing.
