Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc. is seeking a materials specialist to ensure the integrity and timely processing of daily transactions in the Bonded Stores Room in Minnesota.

You will support Procurement, Supplier Quality, Program Management, and Inventory Analysis while maintaining accurate data and coordinating corrective actions. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and 0–2+ years in materials roles, with excellent communication and organization skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0–2+ years of general or materials experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and prioritization abilities.
• Demonstrate discretion and professionalism when representing the company.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and process job paperwork impacting inventory and systems.
• Follow directives from corrective action software and adjust records.
• Maintain accurate inventory data and locations across systems.
• Coordinate actions with functional areas to resolve discrepancies.
• Interface with suppliers for inquiries and scrap processing as needed.
• Sustain communication between departments to finalize actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
