Job summary

Bassham Foods is seeking an Inventory Control Team Member to manage and maintain accurate inventory records and optimize stock levels. You will conduct regular counts, enter adjustments, and investigate discrepancies with the Operations team to ensure precise records.

Qualifications

Experience with inventory management in a warehouse setting.
Strong basic math skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong analytical abilities.
Experience with Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular physical counts and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
Enter inventory adjustments for write-offs, returns, or counts.
Investigate count discrepancies and coordinate with Operations to correct records.
Inspect inventory for damage or defects.
Assist in shipping and receiving processes as needed.
Train as a back-up to the Receiving Clerk by learning receiving procedures.
