Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in inventory control or a closely related area.
• Experience operating material handling equipment.
• Experience maintaining accurate inventory records and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory within the distribution center by recording received and stocked merchandise.
• Complete and review cycle counts and maintain inventory adjustments.
• Audit inventory to ensure systems align with daily order processing.
• Research and resolve inventory issues and discrepancies per internal controls.
• Assist with correct inventory placement based on size, volume, and other factors.
• Assist with loading damaged merchandise into delivery vehicles using material handling equipment.
• Maintain inventory control manuals and procedures.
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed.
