Job summary

Wilsonart in Temple, Texas, is seeking an Inventory Coordinator III to manage cycle counts and audits for Deco, Phenolic and Assembly cells. This role supports inventory accuracy, variances resolution, and data integrity across multiple systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with RF-Gen and Oracle, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams including color lab and purchasing. Day shift with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Performs cycle counts and audits across Deco and Phenolic Rolls.
• Manages inventory adjustments and monthly reconciliations.
• Supports end-of-month inventory closes and data extraction.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycles counts and audits across assigned cells.
• Reconcile variances and update inventory records in multiple systems.
• Assist with slow-moving inventory and disposition.
• Prepare reports for supervisors using Tableau and Excel.
• Maintain accuracy in high-velocity, detail-oriented environment.
