Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Inventory Clerk in Ohio to support the American Health Packaging unit. The role involves counting inventory, resolving variances, coordinating with vendors and customers, and authoring SOPs for new processes. Strong Excel/Word skills and DEA compliance knowledge are valued.

The position requires teamwork across departments, training duties, and occasional overtime during physical inventories. Competitive hourly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with inventory control, returns, and DEA regulations preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Accurately counts bulk merchandise in primary warehouse locations and monitors variances; performs adjustments as needed.
• Contacts Vendors/Customers to resolve issues per company guidelines.
• Identifies problematic situations and implements solutions.
• Requests returns authorizations, pulls product, packages, and ships returns/recalls.
• Trains new Inventory Clerks and supports inventory processes across departments.
