Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, inventory control or manufacturing preferred.
• Understanding of inventory control methods and techniques preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel & Outlook).
• Forklift certification is required; Tosoh will supply training.
• Basic analytical and mathematical skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Follow process documentation to control inflow/outflow of material inventory using ERP system.
• Perform stocking, organizing and storage/put-away activities to keep inventory ready for use.
• Complete inventory counts on a defined schedule and report discrepancies to Warehouse Manager.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and take corrective action.
• Assist in maintaining inventory control metrics and reporting.
• Collaborate with buyers/requisitioners to resolve delivery issues and returns.
• Support safety standards and 5S practices in the work area.
• Maintain regular attendance and professional communication with team members.
