The Inventory Control Specialist I will manage inflow/outflow, perform counts, and work with ERP to keep data aligned, contributing to inventory accuracy and timely availability. Requires a high school diploma, forklift certification, and basic analytical skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Procurement, Inventory Control or Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Understanding of inventory control methods and techniques preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools, primarily Microsoft Excel & Outlook.
• Obtaining forklift certification is required. Tosoh will supply training.
• Basic analytical and mathematical skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Follow process documentation to control inflow and outflow of material inventory.
• Utilize ERP system to align physical inventory with system data.
• Perform stocking, organizing and put-away activities to ensure inventory is available.
• Complete inventory counts and report adjustments to Warehouse Manager.
• Assist in investigating inventory discrepancies and root causes.
• Maintain inventory control metrics and cooperate with buyers on discrepancies.
