Job summary

Builders FirstSource, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Clerk to monitor inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, and adjust records under supervision. You will assign SKU numbers, generate reports, and resolve discrepancies. A High School diploma or GED with at least one year of related experience is required.

Work involves indoor/outdoor environments; safety procedures must be followed. Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems is preferred to support stock control and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Compile data from records and shipping/receiving documents.
• Perform cycle counts per schedule and verify counts.
• Research variances and correct the system.
• Assign SKU numbers and maintain SKU files.
• Create and review reports for management and resolve discrepancies.
• Observe safety procedures and attend safety meetings.
• Other duties may be assigned.
