TD SYNNEX North America is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support inventory accuracy at the Logistics Center in Suwanee, GA. You will monitor bin accuracy, perform cycle counts, and maintain inventory using our Warehouse Management System and equipment.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication with management, physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced distribution center environment with varying conditions.

About The Role

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will support the execution of all processes and procedures related to inventory accuracy for the Logistics Center. You will regularly monitor warehouse bin accuracy and maintain inventory shrink and use our Warehouse Management System and various types of material handling equipment.

You will regularly monitor warehouse bin accuracy and maintain inventory shrink and use our Warehouse Management System and various types of material handling equipment.

Shift:4am-12pm

What You'll Do

• Investigates inventory discrepancies and takes appropriate corrective action to resolve.
• Investigates bin location variances and takes appropriate corrective action to resolve.
• Researches problem orders and receipts for the Logistics Center.
• Inputs data into warehouse management system, databases and reporting tools.
• Performs system entries to maintain inventory and bin accuracy to include: cycle counts, pick exceptions, bad box, lost bin, found bin, pick paths and bin maintenance.
• Collects, maintains and provides detailed statistics and reports on various performance measurements.

Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience

• 2+ years with warehouse management/inventory systems in high-volume facilities

Working Conditions

• Distribution center environment which includes exposure to work at varying heights; extreme temperatures; moderate and consistent noise levels, hot and dry or wet and/or humid conditions; and outside weather conditions.
• Ability to position oneself to meet physical demands of position.
• Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
• Be knowledgeable of all safety practices relating to welding processes.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
