Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Distribution Center Inventory Clerk to support accurate inventory and efficient operations in our Washington facility. You will perform audits, cycle counts, adjustments, and research discrepancies in our warehouse settings.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory research and reconciliation.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems and RF technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform order adjustments, repicks, inventory transfers, and corrections to maintain accuracy.
• Monitor and resolve allocation, receiving, stocking, and inventory discrepancies in the WMS.
• Research and correct item numbers, locations, and receiving errors against system inventory.
• Conduct daily audits of outbound/inbound inventory to verify counts and accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory verification per procedures.
• Process and reconcile stray parts and relabel/changeover projects.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate discrepancies to leadership.
