Job summary

Carrier Enterprise, a leading national HVAC distributor, is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to sustain accurate inventory levels and profitability at the Hanover, MD location. The role focuses on cycle counts, variances, and timely reporting to Operations.

You will audit receiving, reconcile aging statements, run inventory reports, and ensure safety compliance while working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; AA/AS in Business/Operations or Supply chain logistics preferred.
• 2 years of related inventory, warehousing or logistics experience required.

Responsibilities

• Inventory accuracy & variance resolution.
• Audit receiving and put-away for accuracy.
• Review and reconcile statement aging issues to inventory.
• Run cycle counts and inventory accuracy reports.
• Submit inventory adjustment requests and assist with stock adjustments.
