Job summary

Carrier Enterprise is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to optimize inventory levels and profitability at our Hanover, MD location. The role emphasizes accuracy, variance resolution, and timely stock availability across our HVAC product lines.

The candidate will perform daily cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and collaborate with the Operations Manager to adjust stock and reporting. A strong safety focus and forklift operation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; AA/AS in Business, Operations or Supply Chain Logistics preferred.
• 2 years of related inventory, warehousing or logistics experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; knowledge of DOS and web-based apps.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve variances.
• Audit receiving and put-away for accuracy.
• Review cycle counts and inventory reports; manage unavailable inventory.
• Submit inventory adjustments to the Operations Manager.
• Follow health, safety and PPE protocols; operate forklift as needed.
