Job summary

Ace Hardware Corporation seeks an Inventory/Administrative Support role at our Florida distribution center. You will research inventory discrepancies, provide admin support to Inventory and Customer Service, and process adjustments while delivering strong internal and external service.

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 7:00am-3:00pm. We offer weekly pay, PTO, health coverage, a 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Manhattan and SAP systems experience a plus.
• Cycle count experience a plus.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Customer service with a professional phone presence.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Motivated self-starter with adaptability.
• Resourceful with strong follow-through.
• Flexibility to work earlier or later to complete tasks.
• Able to work in warehouse/office environment.

Responsibilities

• Research inventory discrepancies and communicate with Management.
• Provide administrative support to Inventory and Customer Service.
• Accurately process inventory adjustments.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the distribution center.
• Other duties as assigned.
