You will work with a team to ensure precise financial information and efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities include ordering parts for jobs, assisting customers, reconciling receiving discrepancies, and performing regular inventory reporting.

Qualifications

• General office experience and familiarity with accounting procedures.
• Some bookkeeping and data processing experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Place parts orders for jobs and inventory stock.
• Perform counter sales and assist customers.
• Process parts receiving and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory records and pricing.
• Assist with daily/monthly inventory reporting and reconciliation.
• Organize warehouse parts for efficiency and accuracy.
• Contribute to team projects and propose improvements.
• Complete cycle counts and full inventory for trucks and warehouses.
• Support other departments as needed.
