Job summary

The Inventory Control Coordinator at iAnthus Capital Management will unload packages, verify contents against purchase orders, stock inventory, and flag discrepancies. The role requires attention to detail, ability to operate forklifts, and strong communication with the Inventory Control Lead and Procurement partners.

Based at our Lake Wales, FL grow facility, schedule is 3:00 am to 1:30 pm, four days per week, with potential future changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks; certification preferred.
• Experience with Excel, Word and ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support Inventory Lead in managing the physical inventory location.
• Track and account for non-cannabis inventory and optimize procedures.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Production for order fulfillment needs.
• Receive shipments, inspect, unload packages and sign paperwork upon receipt.
• Operate forklift as needed to receive orders and move inventory.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and inventory cycle counts.
