iAnthus is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator for our Lake Wales, Florida grow facility. You will unload packages, verify contents against purchase orders, stock inventory, and spot discrepancies with precision.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience, basic math skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and ERP systems. This role is full-time, with early start hours and potential overtime, supporting our operations team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks; forklift certification preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Unload shipments, inspect contents, and verify against purchase orders.
• Receive shipments, sign paperwork, and operate forklift as needed.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and inventory cycle counts.
• Coordinate with Inventory Lead and Procurement for fulfillment needs.
• Provide stock/inventory supplies to appropriate departments.
