Job summary

The Inventory Control Coordinator at iAnthus Capital Management is responsible for unloading packages, checking contents against purchase orders, stocking inventory and identifying discrepancies in deliveries. You will maintain records, communicate with the Inventory Control Lead and Procurement teams, and operate a forklift as needed to manage stock.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience operating forklifts safely; ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word and ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Unload packages and check contents against purchase orders.
• Stock inventory and identify discrepancies in deliveries.
• Update records and communicate with Inventory Control Lead and Procurement partners.
• Operate forklift to receive orders, deliver items and move inventory.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with departments for order fulfillment and inventory needs.
