Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Maryland is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to join our large premium furniture distribution team. You’ll improve inventory accuracy by operating forklifts, handling RF scanners, and performing cycle counts in a fast-paced warehouse.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:45 PM with required OT, potential Saturday shifts, and a temp-to-perm path. Expect competitive pay ($18–$20/hr), monthly perks, annual raises, and increased certification opportunities as you grow

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly.
• Previous forklift or warehouse equipment experience required.
• Familiarity with RF scanners or inventory systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate cherry picker/order picker and other forklifts (must be comfortable with heights).
• Use handheld RF scanners to scan, move, and audit product inventory.
• Perform cycle counts, bin/location checks, and style/put-away audits.
• Accurately place and verify product quality labels.
• Routinely lift up to 75 lbs and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Foster a team-first culture—pitch in wherever needed.
