Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Maryland is seeking a Warehouse Picker to support inventory control and efficient warehouse operations. You will operate sit-down forklifts and order pickers, verify orders with handheld RF scanners, and work with the team to hit daily targets with a positive attitude.

This temp-to-perm role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, starting at $18 per hour with increases after conversion, plus gym access, monthly lunches, bonuses, and opportunities for equipment certification as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs consistently and work safely.
• Experience with RF scanners and forklifts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts and order pickers to move product safely.
• Verify orders using handheld RF scanners and warehouse systems.
• Perform equipment checks and ensure safe stacking and transport.
• Lift up to 150 lbs regularly for loading and trailer prep.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to meet daily goals.
