Job summary

Whitson's Culinary Group in Berkeley, IL is hiring an Inventory Control Team Member to support our culinary warehouse operations and ensure production teams have the materials they need—on time, every time.

You will audit inventory in real time using the X3 ERP, track materials and finished goods, flag shortages or overages, and coordinate with manufacturing to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong math and numerical accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.
• Experience with ERP systems (X3) is a big plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is desirable.
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Inventory accuracy: receive, label, store, and audit in real time using ERP (X3).
• Update X3 with counts, codes and lot numbers to match records.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or overages.
• Coordinate inventory flow with warehouse and manufacturing teams.
• Investigate issues and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery of audited materials to manufacturing.
• Log and track manufacturing returns and logging of materials.
