Job summary

SunOpta is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to help manage and maintain production records and inventory. You will track yields and orders, and collaborate with plant staff, accounting, logistics and customer service to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing.

The role requires knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, strong verbal and written communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Experience with Oracle is advantageous in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing practices is beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected.
• Experience with Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining records for plant production.
• Maintain inventory, yields, tracking, shipping and receiving orders.
• Coordinate with plant staff, accounting, logistics and customer service.
• Support GMP compliance and safety procedures.
