Job summary

SunOpta Inc. in Omak, WA, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to manage all warehouse activities, inventory control, and material movement at the Omak facility.

You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping while ensuring accurate records and safe, efficient operations across the plant and warehouse. The role requires 5+ years in warehouse operations with supervisory experience, strong ERP/FEFO expertise, and collaboration with procurement, production and planning to meet

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics scheduling, cost management, and transportation.
• Experience using ERP systems for FEFO inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
• Lead inventory control, cycle counts, reconciliations, and FEFO compliance using ERP data.
• Coordinate with procurement and production to align material availability with schedules.
• Develop SOPs/OPLs and train staff; monitor safety and KPIs.
