Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Back of House Specialist for our Samsung Experience Store in Houston, TX. You will manage inventory, support store operations, and assist customers with basic device troubleshooting, while driving KPIs and maintaining presentation standards.

In this role, you will train teammates on Samsung technology, communicate inventory updates to leadership, and contribute to a high-energy, professional retail environment with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in inventory control with a proven track record.
• Strong Excel skills to analyze data and drive actions.
• Stockroom expertise to prevent loss and maintain safety standards.
• Excellent communication to share results with leadership.
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to needs.
• High integrity due to management of high-value inventory.
• Proven team player with a collaborative approach.
• Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all back-of-house operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
• Drive KPIs for sales, service, and operational excellence.
• Assist customers with issues and provide basic device troubleshooting.
• Enhance customer experience by supporting their in-store journey.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report variances to leadership.
• Uphold presentation standards and visual merchandising excellence.
• Maintain a high-energy, professional team environment.
• Track and communicate inventory and operational activities to Retail Operations.
• Stay current on promotions, trends, and store inventory.
• Provide training on Samsung technology to colleagues.
• Conduct basic device testing to ensure on-display functionality.
