You will maintain bin locations, manage consumables, coordinate scrapping, support annual inventories, and drive process improvements. Qualifications include 2+ years in inventory management, proficiency in Excel/Outlook/Teams, ERP experience (Jobboss2 preferred),

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook; Teams is a plus.
• 2+ years of inventory management experience.
• Experience with ERP systems; Jobboss2 is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail in a lean warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and verify inventory against system records.
• Research and resolve discrepancies by reviewing transactions and documents.
• Process inventory adjustments with proper documentation and approvals.
• Prepare inventory accuracy metrics and variance reports.
