Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Inventory Coordinator (Inventory Clerk) to verify inventory figures, postings and documents for accuracy, invoice customers, and resolve discrepancies for our facility.

The role is full-time with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule, starting at 4:00 AM, requiring overtime and weekend flexibility. Candidates should have a high school diploma (GED preferred) and at least 2 years of inventory control experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in inventory control.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Invoicing customers and handling follow-up questions about orders.

Responsibilities

• Invoice customers, handle follow-up questions from customers and resolve any discrepancies.
• Compile requests for materials, prepare purchase orders, keep track of purchases and supplies and handle inquiries about orders.
• Track all incoming and out going shipments of goods transferred between vendors, businesses and customers.
• Handle period ending inventory accounting duties to resolve billing issues related to items purchased for Operations.
