BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Indianapolis site. You will stock, pick, pack and ship items, maintaining inventory accuracy and efficient DC flow in a structured setting.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus. OT may be seasonal; on-site work at 5349 W 76th St, Indianapolis, IN 46268.

Qualifications

• Great attention to detail and organization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a structured and process-oriented environment.
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
• Read and comprehend English documents; communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to work seasonal mandatory OT and maintain attendance.
• Comfort with Microsoft Excel and SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, picking, sorting, and labeling orders.
• Pack, fold, and arrange garments.
• Scanning shipping orders and inputting into the inventory system.
• Research and correct displaced, mislabeled, and missing products; perform replenishments and stock checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
