Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY located in Indianapolis is seeking a Building Miscellaneous associate for decoration and warehouse support. You will help production and warehouse teams maintain a safe, organized environment and contribute to KPI targets in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

Responsibilities include handling boxes, keeping spaces tidy, assisting with events setup/teardown, and performing light maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance roles within a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in reading manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CMMS software.
• Read and comprehend English documents; communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, healthy, and welcoming working environment in a Lean culture.
• Collect and dispose of empty boxes and break down boxes to maximize space.
• Collect and dispose of trash to maintain a healthy environment.
• Assist maintenance with setup/tear down, painting, taping, dusting, cleaning, and mopping.
