Job summary

Cellular Sales in Independence, MO is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to handle receipt, documentation, and tracking of goods in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work with the Inventory Manager to verify shipments, process invoices, and maintain stock levels while supporting shipping and RA processes. This full-time role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Receive, document, and track merchandise.
• Verify accuracy of incoming/outgoing shipments against records.
• Compare invoices to received items to confirm shipments.
• Record shipping data for reporting and records.
• Determine shipping method using routes and rates.
• Deliver materials to departments.
• Prepare materials for shipping (pack, seal, label, postage).
• Resolve problems with damages, shortages, or nonconformity.
• Maintain proper stock levels in stores.
• Understand warranty/returns policy per vendor.
• Conduct physical inventory.
