Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a Warehouse-Inventory Clerk in Las Vegas, NV. The role supports shipping/receiving, inventory control, and customer service, with duties managed through the WMS system and routine KPI reporting.

Workdays are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a base pay of $23 per hour. Benefits include PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, boot allowance, and referral program.

Qualifications

• At least one year of inventory control experience.
• At least one year of shipping/receiving office/clerk experience.
• At least one year of customer service representative experience.

Responsibilities

• Control the flow of work within the facility to meet receiving and shipping departure times while maintaining accuracy and KPI commitments.
• Multitask in a high paced environment while being detail oriented.
• Prioritize and adjust to immediate workload requirements.
• Communicate effectively to the team, customer, truck drivers and other process partners via radio, phone, and email, at a professional level.
• Troubleshoot system or equipment issues for associates.
• Assist with daily/weekly operational reports.
• Learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
• Work as part of a team to meet warehouse metrics and goals.
• Maintain professionalism with management and co-workers.
• Dispatch and check in trailers, manage yard and dock locations.
• Audit counts to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
