Job summary

WebstaurantStore Food Service Equipment and Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure data accuracy between internal systems and physical counts. You will collaborate across departments, identify issues, and present proactive solutions to support customers.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift with starting pay of $20.00 per hour and potential raises up to $0.88 every 6 months. W-2 candidates only; H-1B sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ of relevant experience in a distribution environment preferred but not required.
• No degree required; relevant skills and experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Run reports to identify potential inventory issues and resolve problems.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and research discrepancies in ERP.
• Adjust inventory based on physical counts and ERP data.
• Use forklift equipment to replenish pick bins with overstock.
• Identify and process damaged inventory to maintain accuracy.
• Ensure items are returned to correct bin locations after picking.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely.
• Prepare pick/wrap lists for repack and transport completed product.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly department goals and standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards to leadership.
• Collaborate with team to support overall warehouse operation.
