Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking an Inventory Assistant (Day Shift) in West Branch, IA to support inventory control, data entry, and reporting. This role works first shift with hours from 7am to 3:30pm or 8am to 4:30pm.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months in logistics, and basic computer skills (MS Excel/Outlook) and RF scanners. You must be able to lift 21-50 pounds and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ≥6 months logistics/distribution experience.
• Able to work in warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory.
• Perform inventory verifications and assist root-cause analysis as directed.
• Document returns and ensure inventory is in the correct area.
• Support shipping/receiving and locate missing items across the facility.
• Use PC for e-mail and reporting; generate reports as needed.
