Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 1+ years of inventory experience in a warehouse.
• Ability to communicate information accurately and apply strong math skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and intermediate general computer skills.
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and overtime.
• Able to lift and carry items up to 90 pounds and work in multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts inventory records.
• Compares inventories to office records or computed figures from records.
• Verifies computations against physical counts and investigates discrepancies.
• Compiles receipts or disbursements of materials, equipment, or supplies.
• Monitors inventory rotations and makes recommendations as needed.
• Prepares reports such as inventory balances, cycle counts, and production breakdowns.
• Reviews daily reports and maintains shrink at or below company standard.
