Job summary

CMC is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk in Houston to provide administrative and data entry support for the Inventory Control Department. You will handle inventory transactions and documentation with high accuracy, while supporting cross-training and professional development across inventory functions.

The role emphasizes data entry, record maintenance, and collaboration with warehouse operations. A High School diploma or GED is required, with preferred experience in inventory and MS Office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Data entry experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn multiple software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory-related transactions in FACTS and other systems.
• Maintain and delete/correct inventory records.
• Review Shop Use forms for materials usage.
• Process Damaged Goods documentation and update systems.
• Perform high-accuracy data entry and maintain electronic records.
• Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation.
